I displayed my work at Oakhurst Arts Festival in October. It was a beautiful day and a great crowd. Kirkwood is my neighborhood and I had great time. Thanks to everyone who stopped by my booth.
Last Fall while visiting a friend in Venice, I lived my dream. I got to blow glass in Murano at the Fratelli Pagnin furnace with Akira, who has been blowing glass in Murano for the last 10 years. He was kind enough to give up his lunch hour to let me assist on a small piece and blow a small pitcher.
Many thanks to my friend Nan McElroy. You can find her at www.illustrata.net. Check out her book Italy: Instructions for Use

After surviving a weekend tornado at Romaine's Stained Glass in Ashburn GA....the "Components" (Small Sculpture) Class created a barn yard of pigs and chics and a large peanut. One of the students even created a trough for the pictures. We had a great time. Check Out Romaine's for up coming classes www.romainesstainedglass.com
