  • Wardrobe Windows

I was commissioned to do custom windows for this wardrobe.  Jerry Boss originally built it as an entertainment center, then converted it into a wardrobe with new doors.  Valerie Boss created the design and I re-created it using fused frit.  I think it turned out GREAT...

  • Remnants Pendants

Metro Atlanta YMCA commissioned these Remnants Pendants as appreciation gifts for their Board members assistants.  Remnants Pendants is one of my 'GREEN' products in that they are recycled glass, the bits and pieces of leftovers from blowing and fusing which would normally be thrown away.  I think they are much to beautiful to lose.
  • Morehouse School  of Medicine

"Iris Blues" and "Golden Dragon" were auctioned off during a recognition dinner for Morehouse School of Medicine.

  • Murano, Italy

Fall of 2007 while visiting a friend in Venice, I lived my dream.  I got to blow glass in Murano at the Fratelli Pagnin furnace with Akira, who has been blowing glass in Murano for the last 10 years.  He was kind enough to give up his lunch hour to let me assist on a small piece and blow a small pitcher.

Many thanks to my friend Nan McElroy.  You can find her at www.illustrata.net.  Check out her book Italy: Instructions for Use
